Delete Account

How to delete your 101 Okey: Sultan (developer: IS.TEAM LLC) account and the data linked to it.

1. In the app (recommended, instant)

  1. Open the game and tap your profile picture at the top left.
  2. On the Profile screen, tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT at the bottom.
  3. Read the warning and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. No access to the app: deletion request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it, fill in this form. Your request goes into our deletion queue; once we have verified that the account is yours, it is processed within 30 days at the latest (usually 3 business days) and, if you give an e-mail address, we confirm the result.

The 6-character code (letters and digits) on your Profile screen.
So we can confirm the result and, if needed, verify ownership. The e-mail of your Apple/Google account speeds this up.
Your username, sign-in method (guest / Apple / Google) or a store receipt number helps us verify. Up to 500 characters.

You can also e-mail destek@101sultan.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Requests whose ownership we cannot verify may be declined after we ask for more information.

3. What is deleted

These records are used for no other purpose and are deleted when the period ends. Full text: Account Deletion.

5. Important

  • Deleting your account does not cancel your VIP subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Playing again on the same device creates a new, empty account.
  • To delete only some data (e.g. direct messages), write to destek@101sultan.com.
