Community Guidelines
These rules apply everywhere in the Game: table chat, direct messages, voice chat, usernames and profiles.
1. Respect
Insults, swearing, threats, harassment and bullying are prohibited; so is hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or origin; sexual or obscene content; content glorifying violence, crime, drugs or self-harm; and political or religious propaganda. Any content endangering children is reported to the authorities.
2. Safety and honesty
Do not share or ask for personal data (phone, address, ID numbers, bank/card details, social media handles). Buying or selling chips, accounts or items, or offering or advertising this, is prohibited and is a common scam — report it. Advertising illegal betting, gambling, crypto or any other site is prohibited. Never impersonate staff; we will never ask for your password, verification codes or payment details. No spam or constant noise in voice chat. No cheating, bots, collusion, chip dumping or multiple accounts.
3. Usernames
Usernames and avatars must not contain profanity, insults, sexual terms, impersonation of brands, celebrities or staff, contact details or advertising. Inappropriate names may be changed without warning.
4. Voice chat
Voice chat is optional and your mic stays off until you turn it on. Everyone at the table can listen; speaking is a VIP feature. Voice chat is never recorded. You can instantly mute any player for yourself and report them. Recording other players without permission is prohibited.
Bots: empty seats on public tables may be filled with computer-controlled players (bots); they are not labelled individually and never win anything of real value. Details: Game Guide.
5. Filtering, reporting and blocking
Text messages pass an automatic profanity filter. Use Report on a player's profile or next to a message; the related messages and context (player ID, table, time) are sent for review. Block a player to stop their messages, friend requests and chat from reaching you. Reports are picked up within 24 hours, urgent ones (threats, child safety) first.
