Delete Your Account and Data
How to delete your 101 Okey: Sultan account (developer: IS.TEAM LLC) and the data associated with it.
1. In the app (recommended, immediate)
- Open the Game and tap your profile picture (top left).
- On the Profile screen tap HESABIMI SİL (Delete my account).
- Read the warning and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2. Without access to the app (web form or e-mail)
- Web form: fill in the form at 101sultan.com/hesap-silme with your friend code (required), an e-mail address for our reply (optional) and a note. The form records your request directly in our deletion queue.
- E-mail: send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion request" to destek@101sultan.com.
Please include your username and, if you know it, your friend code (the 6-character code on your Profile screen), and how the account was linked (guest / Apple / Google). Writing from the e-mail address of your Apple/Google account, or sharing an App Store / Google Play receipt number, helps us verify ownership. We complete verified requests within 30 days (usually 3 business days) and confirm by e-mail if you gave us an address. To protect you against someone deleting your account, we may decline requests whose ownership we cannot verify after asking for more information.
3. What is deleted

4. What is kept, and for how long

5. Important
Deleting your account does not cancel your VIP subscription — cancel it in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. To delete only some data (e.g. direct messages), write to destek@101sultan.com.
