Marketing Consent
This is the English version of the Açık Rıza Metni. It concerns optional processing only. You do not need to give this consent to play, buy anything or create an account, and refusing it does not affect your game experience. Required processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Marketing communications
I have read the Privacy Policy. I consent to IS.TEAM LLC using my username, player ID, in-game preferences and activity (level, last sign-in date, summary of purchase history), my push notification token and (if I shared it) my e-mail address to send me announcements about campaigns, discounts, events, new features and tournaments; to the processing of these data for that purpose; and to their disclosure, with safeguards under applicable law (KVKK Art. 9 / GDPR Chapter V), to the push provider Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging, USA). I agree to receive such commercial electronic messages by in-app/push notification and (if I shared my address) by e-mail.
- Channels: push notification; e-mail (only if you shared an e-mail address). No SMS or calls.
- Content: in-game campaigns and events. We never send messages suggesting real-money winnings, betting or gambling.
- Frequency: at most 2 reminders a day together with service notifications; nothing between 22:30 and 09:30 (Türkiye time).
- If you have self-excluded (see Terms of Use §10), no marketing messages are sent during the exclusion.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR/UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1); Turkish Law 6563 on electronic commerce; and, where applicable, the ePrivacy rules of your country).
2. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving reasons and free of charge: turn off Settings → Notifications → Campaigns and announcements in the app, use the opt-out link in a message, or write to destek@101sultan.com. Withdrawal applies to processing after the withdrawal; opt-outs are applied within 3 business days at the latest.
3. Record of consent
The date on which you gave and withdrew consent and the version of this text are recorded and kept as proof.
Checkbox text (in the app, unticked by default): "I want to hear about campaigns and news by notification/e-mail. I have read and accept the Marketing Consent text."
